We are meeting to set down the ground rules for Elders at Bethel. Our homework is reading a pamplet called, "Basic principles of policy governance and your roles and responsibilities as a board member. I thought is would be boring but I am finding a lot to like about these materials.
There is a main point that we need to ask ourselves when deciding what we as a board need to focus on at Bethel and that is What good, for whom and at what cost. We are meeting this week to discuss this topic.

Today in the Studio 4-9-2007
Worked all day at the mall. We were light the JMA and decided on setting 2ppt ,3 video,4 meeting , and 11 walking in for the show. Tim Lueck, Paul Peterson, Dan Madden, Greg Grimley, Bob Petersen and the guy from R&K Electric were in attendance. We change the direction of the lights on the side screen and went through audio checks. The matrix on the tt24 changes the audio. Al Annexstad is coming in tomorrow at 7AM. I need to contact the J store in Mankato tomorrow and see if they will be in the J Video. Tim says I need to get better at emailing people back at work so I need to pay better attention to this. Tim will be talking to brad this week about the job again I hope he takes it. God be in control of who gets this position. It is very important that the right personality is hired.
